Black Friday ... worth it or not?

Check out the adds for friday's early morning shopping spree. Are these discounts really worth waking up at the butt crack of dawn and run around like a bunch of chickens? You're not gauranteed to get the item unless you line up at the store 5 hours before they open. It seems like every store is opening up at 5 am!
